Feature Of Product Management:

• 1. Product List: All the products that have been added to the product list will be displayed and products can be checked by filtering, product edit, delete and level can be printed.
• 2. Product Add: To add a product, we need the Product Name, Unit (Piece, Packet, Kg, etc.) Products can be added with category, subcategory, brand name, warranty, product image, description, sale price, and discount & Expiry date.
• 3. Price Update: To update the price, we need to download the product list, the product list will be in Excel format, and if the Excel file is edited and re-uploaded, the price will be automatically updated.
• 4. Label Print: The level size can be customized for the product and the level can be printed.
• 5. Variations: Product variations can be added edited, or deleted.
• 6. Import Product: After entering the product in Excel format and uploading that Excel file, the product will be automatically imported (Sample Excel format is provided).
• 7. Opening Stock: If you update the opening stock product in Excel format and upload the Excel file, the opening stock will be added (Sample Excel format is provided).
• 8. Unit: Product units such as pieces, boxes, packets, etc. can be added and edited or deleted.
• 9. Category: Category is very important for adding products we can add a category, subcategory, or child category from the category menu, and can edit and delete them.
• 10. Brand: We can add brand names and edit and delete them from the brand menu.
• 11. Warranty: If the product has a warranty, we will add the warranty options from this warranty menu, we can add for how many days or months.

Feature Of Purchases Management:

• 1. List Purchases: All the products purchased and added to the product list will be displayed, and they can be checked by filtering, editing, or deleting them.
• 2. Purchases: To purchase all the added products, the name of the supplier, the image of the purchase receipt, the amount of money purchased, the discount, and the amount of profit can be purchased with all the information.
• 3. Purchases Return: We can return any product that has been purchased.

Feature Of Sale Management:

When selling the product, we will get the product price automatically, we can give a discount on that price, we can keep the draft without selling the product & invoice print, we can make a quotation, we can provide the customer data for which customer we are selling the product, later we can invoice that sale Can edit delete and sell return.

Feature Of Stock Transfer:

Product stock can be transferred from main stock to our other branches and the stock report can be edited and deleted.

Feature Of Expense:

• 1. Expense List: From the expense list we can see the list of all our expenses and can edit and delete the list.
• 2. Expense Category: You can add an expense category or subcategory and enter the expense according to that category.
• 3. Expense Add: To add expenses, we can add categories, sub-categories, who made expenses for what work and write a description.

Feature Of Report Management:

• 1. Profit / Loss Report: From the loss profit, we can see how much product I had or how much product I purchased, how much tax and how much discount was given, and how much loss or profit we got. By filtering we can see daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly loss profit.
• 2. Purchase & Sale Report: We can see the report of how much product has been purchased and how much product has been sold and by filtering we can see by date.
• 3. Tax Report: We can see in the report how much tax has been charged on the purchase and sale of goods.
• 4. Customers & Suppliers Reports: We can see all suppliers and customers. We can see how much product has been taken from a supplier, how much product has been returned how much product has been sold to a customer, and how much product has been returned. You can filter by supplier and customer.
• 5. Customer Groups: We can create special customer groups and see the report of how many products have been sold to that customer group.
• 6. Stock Report: From the stock report, we can see the report of all our products, how many products are sold and how many products are in stock. We can filter by category/brand and see any.
• 7. Stock Expiry Report: From here we can see the list of all the products whose expiry date will be gone. We can filter by category/brand and see any.
• 8. Stock Adjustment Report: We can see the product report of all the products for which we have adjusted the stock.
• 9. Trending Products: A graft of the product that has sold the most will be displayed.
• 10. Items Report: Item report to see the price sale price of all our products purchased, how many items are in stock, how many items sold, and customer purchase date to supply I can filter by sale date & purchase date.

• 13. Purchase Payment Report: We can see the report of how much we have paid for the products we have purchased from the suppliers. You can filter by date and supplier.
• 14. Sell Payment Report: We can see how much money we have sold to the customer, how much money the customer has paid, and how much money is left. You can filter by customer and date.
• 15. Expense Report: We can see the report for how much money we have spent, we can filter by category and date.

• 1. Suppliers: We can add the suppliers from whom we will get the products, the information can be entered and the list of all the suppliers and the product purchase order will have all the information.
• 2. Customer: We can add customers and I can see the information about how much money We have sold the product to the customers and I can find the data by filtering.
• 3. Import Contacts: After entering the customer information in Excel format and uploading that Excel file, the customer information will be automatically imported (Sample Excel format is provided).

• 1. User: A user can be created with user information (Name, Phone, Email, Password, etc.) by adding a user option.
• 2. Roles: After creating a user, what features or permissions will this user get, such as product add, purchase, sell, and manage reports? Etc. Permission can be added.
