Product Management

Feature Of Product Management:

  • 1. Product List: All the products that have been added to the product list will be displayed and products can be checked by filtering, product edit, delete and level can be printed.
  • 2. Product Add: To add a product, we need the Product Name, Unit (Piece, Packet, Kg, etc.) Products can be added with category, subcategory, brand name, warranty, product image, description, sale price, and discount & Expiry date.
  • 3. Price Update: To update the price, we need to download the product list, the product list will be in Excel format, and if the Excel file is edited and re-uploaded, the price will be automatically updated.
  • 4. Label Print: The level size can be customized for the product and the level can be printed.
  • 5. Variations: Product variations can be added edited, or deleted.
  • 6. Import Product: After entering the product in Excel format and uploading that Excel file, the product will be automatically imported (Sample Excel format is provided).
  • 7. Opening Stock: If you update the opening stock product in Excel format and upload the Excel file, the opening stock will be added (Sample Excel format is provided).

Purchase Management

Feature Of Purchases Management:

  • 1. List Purchases: All the products purchased and added to the product list will be displayed, and they can be checked by filtering, editing, or deleting them.
  • 2. Purchases: To purchase all the added products, the name of the supplier, the image of the purchase receipt, the amount of money purchased, the discount, and the amount of profit can be purchased with all the information.
  • 3. Purchases Return: We can return any product that has been purchased.
Sale Management

Feature Of Sale Management:

When selling the product, we will get the product price automatically, we can give a discount on that price, we can keep the draft without selling the product & invoice print, we can make a quotation, we can provide the customer data for which customer we are selling the product, later we can invoice that sale Can edit delete and sell return.

Transfer Management

  • 1. Expense List: From the expense list we can see the list of all our expenses and can edit and delete the list.
  • 2. Expense Category: You can add an expense category or subcategory and enter the expense according to that category.
  • 3. Expense Add: To add expenses, we can add categories, sub-categories, who made expenses for what work and write a description.
Report Management

Feature Of Report Management:

  • 1. Profit / Loss Report: From the loss profit, we can see how much product I had or how much product I purchased, how much tax and how much discount was given, and how much loss or profit we got. By filtering we can see daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly loss profit.
  • 2. Purchase & Sale Report: We can see the report of how much product has been purchased and how much product has been sold and by filtering we can see by date.
  • 3. Tax Report: We can see in the report how much tax has been charged on the purchase and sale of goods.
  • 4. Customers & Suppliers Reports: We can see all suppliers and customers. We can see how much product has been taken from a supplier, how much product has been returned how much product has been sold to a customer, and how much product has been returned. You can filter by supplier and customer.
  • 5. Customer Groups: We can create special customer groups and see the report of how many products have been sold to that customer group.
